Meet The Sommelier
Hailing from Rome, Italy, Elena is a Certified Sommelier. She received her sommelier training and diploma at the prestigious Associazione Italiana Sommelier (AIS) in Rome.
Elena has taken part in workshops all around the world and has worked in Italy, Malta and, New York. As a result, she has formidable knowledge about the world of wines. She's used her skill, expertise, and passion to create an innovative and dynamic wine list for the Capon Tree Restaurant, that perfectly blends a perfect mix of artisanal wine producers alongside some very well-known brands.
Elena has recently left the Capon Tree Townhouse to persude her future.
